Steve Sutton has over 20 years experience of IT management from a variety of environments including both Public-sector and commercial.
Steve holds an MBA in Technology Management, A BSc(Hons.) in Computer Science, is a certified ITIL Expert and is a Chartered Member of the British Computer Society.
Steve’s approach to IT is strategic and big-picture, delivering effeciency and effectiveness improvements to the business based on business goals and complementary technology.
Improvements need to be driven both inside the IT department and outside it within the wider business. Only half of what IT acheives is down to technical skills, the other half is a combination of user-education, business process improvement via technology and a focus on how IT ultimately benefits the business’ customers.
